Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books we are adding to our shelves, whether they be physical or digital. This includes physical books bought, digital books downloaded, and those titles received for review.
Review Titles
A quiet week on the review front this week. There were a few books I thought about grabbing, but nothing that I absolutely had to read, so I'll work on the TBR as I wait for a few requests to be granted...
New Acquisitions: Paperback Treasures
Just one new acquisition on the paperback front this week...
Madam President by Nicolle Wallace is a book I've had my eye on for a long while now, so I'm thrilled to have finally found a copy. Three women, including the first female President of the United States, must deal with five major attacks being leveled on US soil while protecting personal and professional secrets that could rock the West Wing to its very foundations...and change the lives of the people they love most. What I didn't realize is that it's the third book of Charlotte Kramer presidency, so Eighteen Acres and It's Classified are taking its place on my wishlist.
Madam President sounds really good! I had to chuckle at "purple extraterrestrial goo". LOL My Alien Summer sounds fun. I hope you enjoy all of these when you read them! Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteAlthough I'm not an American and American Politics don't interest me as much as it probably should, I think Madam President can be a good read!
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoy it and have a good week!
